A Personal
Message From Otis D. Holley...
Thank you for taking a moment
to learn more about our company.
I am happy to say that we are a small business working
very hard to make a difference for other business owners.
Especially those who need to recover some of the assets
which are not working for them profitably.
Based on our background and experience, we feel very
confident in filling this niche, and we want all of
our clients to feel comfortable with how we work with
them and what we are able to accomplish.
Many of our growing list of clients tell us they like
the personal, professional way we conduct business.
I think you will too, once you have tried us. |

Appraisal
Services
There are times when businesses need
to know the value of their assets… without anticipating
an auction.
We are happy to provide that service, reflecting an honest
and fair appraisal of value based on valid, reliable resources
and personal experience. We offer two opinions: Fair Market
Value and Auction Value. |

| Auction
Services
After an initial
fact-finding meeting , Advanced Auction & Appraisal
Services provides our clients with a written proposal which
details our recommendations for a successful auction. It
outlines how we plan to reach the buyers who will be interested
in what your company is offering. It includes a schedule
of events leading up to the auction and indicates when,
where, and how the auction will be conducted (usually on-site).
Plus, a detailed budget for client review and approval.
To minimize costs, the person conducting the interview and
making the proposal is also the person who conducts the
auction. There are no middlemen, no excess staff. We call
it “one point responsibility.”
And it works very well.
Once the contract is signed, and prior to the auction, all
items are cataloged for distribution to buyers, and to record
the activity at the auction. A detailed follow-up report
of all transactions is also provided to the client after
the event. You can expect no less from experienced professional
auctioneers who know what it takes to have a successful
auction...and satisfied clients. |

Meeting an Asset Management Need
Smart business management includes making
all of your assets work for you all of the time.
If you find that excess inventory, idle equipment or machines,
and other factors are affecting your profitability, you can
remedy the situation by calling a professional asset recovery
specialist for assistance.
Advanced Auction & Appraisal Services, Inc. has a history
of helping companies reclaim a measure of profitability by
converting inactive assets into cash.
There is no substitute for the experience we have gained over
the years. We know what works, and how to get the job done
efficiently, and effectively. We have the right “tools,”
the right personnel, and the right attitude to apply toward
the successful completion of any size auction.
For starters, we get personal, and ask a lot of questions
up front to determine what our clients need to accomplish.
We answer a lot of questions too, so our clients can see what
we do. And when we go to work, they can relax, knowing that
we will take care of all of the details that make any asset
recovery project a profitable experience. |
